1. About us

REVUE Maison de Parfum sells fragrance directly through this website. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean REVUE Maison de Parfum, and "you" means the person placing an order.

2. Our products

Our compositions are described as niche impressions. They are our own formulations, inspired by recognised olfactive styles. They are not the products of any other house, are not sold as such, and we make no claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any other fragrance brand. Any brand names mentioned anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe a scent family.

Fragrance behaves differently on different skin. Longevity and projection vary with skin chemistry, climate and how the product is applied, so descriptions on this site are a guide rather than a guarantee of individual experience.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm your order — by phone for cash-on-delivery, or by email once a transfer receipt is verified. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, the pricing was clearly wrong, delivery to your address is not possible, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is complimentary unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already confirmed.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier in full on arrival. Please have the exact amount ready. Orders refused at the door repeatedly may lead us to require prepayment on future orders.

Bank transfer

Transfer the order total and upload a screenshot of the confirmation at checkout. We dispatch once the transfer is verified. If the amount received does not match the order total, we will contact you before dispatching.

We do not process card payments on this website and will never ask you for card or banking credentials.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery timeframes on our Shipping & Returns page are estimates, not guarantees. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or incorrect.

7. Returns

Return rights are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days; opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty, because fragrance is a personal-care product.

8. Safe use

For external use only. Do not spray near eyes or on broken skin. Keep away from children and from open flame. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, test on a small area first — a Discovery Palette vial is a sensible way to do this.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. This website

All text, imagery and design on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. We may update the site or these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published when you order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Pakistan.
