Two ways. Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives. Or bank transfer — send the total, then upload a screenshot of the confirmation at checkout. We do not take card payments on this site, and we will never ask you for card or banking credentials.

Not for cash on delivery. For bank transfer we dispatch once the receipt is verified, usually within one working day.

Yes, any time before dispatch. Contact client care with your RV- reference. Once it is with the courier we handle it as a return instead.

For cash-on-delivery orders, yes. Make sure the number you enter can receive calls — unconfirmed orders are held 48 hours and then released.

Two to three working days for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad; three to five for other major cities; five to seven for remote areas. Delivery is complimentary nationwide.

Not yet. International shipping of alcohol-based fragrance carries restrictions we have not finished working through. It is on the roadmap.

Our compositions are our own formulations, inspired by recognised olfactive styles. They are not the products of another house and are not sold as such. We say impression rather than inventing a heritage we do not have.

Our compositions are built at extrait-level concentration and typically hold ten hours or more. That said, skin chemistry, climate and application all change the outcome — anyone promising an exact number is guessing.

Because it is supposed to. A composition moves through top, heart and base. Most cheap fragrance flattens into one accord within an hour; ours is built so the transitions stay legible. That is the whole point of the house.

Spray onto clean, unmoisturised skin at pulse points. Never rub — rubbing shears the top notes off and skips you straight to the heart.

If you are new to the composition, take the 50ml. If you already know you will wear it daily, the 100ml is materially better value per millilitre.

Test a small area first. A Discovery Palette vial is the sensible way to do that before committing to a bottle.

Only if it is faulty. Fragrance is a personal-care product and an opened bottle cannot be resold. Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days — full detail on Shipping & Returns.

Photograph it before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. We arrange collection and send a replacement at our cost.

Away from sunlight, heat and humidity. A drawer beats a bathroom shelf and a windowsill is the worst place in the house. Heat degrades the top notes first.
