We collect what is needed to get a bottle to your door and nothing beyond it.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your delivery address
- The items, sizes and quantities you ordered
- For bank-transfer orders, the payment receipt image you choose to upload
- Any order notes you write yourself
When you contact us
- Your name, email address and the content of your message
What we do not collect
- Card or bank credentials. We do not operate a card payment gateway. We never see, request or store card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords. Anyone asking you for these in our name is not us.
- Your location beyond the delivery address you type yourself
- Data from other websites you visit
Why we hold it

Who else sees it
Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier carrying your order, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. That is the only routine sharing we do.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We will only disclose it otherwise where the law requires it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your details, except where we are legally required to keep transaction records

Cookies and this website
This site stores your shopping bag in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us until you place an order. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Security
Order data is held on our hosting provider's servers and access is limited to the people who fulfil orders. No system is perfect; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
